Adam and Steve (Love is love)

“In hard times, people take refuge in fantasy and derive hope, or at least relief, from satire,” Steven Heller, art critic. In a world full of challenges, pain, and hardships, I wish to offer the gift of humour as a way of approaching difficult contemporary issues. The anthropomorphic paintings that I create bring a sense of playfulness and imagination to celebrated masterpieces, interpreting ancient topics through a contemporary lens. This painting celebrates love in its many forms.
